Alsa, the reason and the solution to my sound problem. One simple command fixed all. After learning that default speaker volume is %75 I used this commad to make it %100.
alsaunmute 0 -s 100
amixer set Mic 100 capture
Probably second one is not needed. Mic can also be configured from alsa mixer gui.
